David received a B.A. from St. Thomas University in 2005, and an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 2009. David worked for the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission as a Rental Property Officer before joining the firm as an Articling Clerk in 2009. David is fluently bilingual and is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and the Canadian Bar Association.
