Karolyn has been a partner of the firm since 1997.

Karolyn received a B.A. (First Class Standing) from the University of Prince Edward Island in 1989 and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1992. Karolyn is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, the Canadian Bar Association, and a former member of the Advisory Committee on Federal Judicial Appointments for Prince Edward Island (representing the federal Minister of Justice). Karolyn is a former member of the Board of Examiners and Articling and Admissions Committee for the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and the Council of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island.
