Paul has been a partner of the firm since 1980.
Paul received a B.Sc. (Hons.) from Dalhousie University in 1970, a M.Sc. from Dalhousie University in 1973, completed postgraduate work (Limnology) at the University of Florida (1972-1973) and received an LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1979.
Paul is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, the Canadian Bar Association, the Discipline Committee of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, and the Council of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island. Paul is a former member of the Articling and Admissions Committee, the Statutes and Regulations Committee, the Board of Examiners, the Continuing Legal Education Committee, and a former Bar Admission Course Instructor (1988 to 1995). He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1993.
Paul practices in the areas of business law, civil litigation, real estate, wills and estates, employment and labour law, and public law.

Jane received a B.A. from Mount Allison University in 1972, a B.Ed. from Mount Allison University in 1975, and an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1982.
Jane is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, the Canadian Bar Association, and is the Chair of the Law Foundation of Prince Edward Island. Jane is a former member of the Council of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, the Law Society of Upper Canada, and a former Bar Admission Course Instructor. She was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2004.

Kenneth received a B.Eng. from the Technical University of Nova Scotia in 1979, a P.Eng. from the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario in 1984, and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1982.
Kenneth is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and the Canadian Bar Association. He is a former member of the Council of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and former Chair of the Unauthorized Practice Committee.
Kenneth practices in the areas of civil litigation, business law, and public law.

Robert is a former director of the Canadian Lawyers Insurance Association and former Chair of the Insurance Committee of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island.
