Robert received a B.A. (Hons.) from York University in 1979 and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 1983. Robert is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ethics and Practice Standards Committee, the Legislation Committee, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association and the Committee on Practice Standards. Robert is a former director of the Canadian Lawyers Insurance Association and former Chair of the Insurance Committee of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island. Robert practices exclusively in the area of personal injuries, as plaintiff’s counsel only.
