Paul W. Bender
Paul Bender became a partner of the firm in 2017.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from York University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree (with honours) double majoring in Political Science and Law & Society. In addition, he obtained a certificate in Practical Ethics. In 2011, Mr. Bender was awarded a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and began his articles with the firm. Mr. Bender has volunteered on Amnesty International campaigns and has served as a past chairperson for the Social Activist Law Association (SALSA) in Halifax. He proudly serves as an officer in the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) and as a board member of the Community Legal Information Association (CLIA). Mr. Bender is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association (APTLA). Mr. Bender practices in the area of personal injury litigation and assists individuals with disability benefit claims. He has experience assisting clients who have physical and/or cognitive injuries. |
