C. Max Auwaerter
Max is an Associate Lawyer with the firm.
Max has a general legal practice and has experience in the areas of wills, estates and trusts, real property, and litigation matters such as family law, administrative law, bankruptcy, and contractual disputes. Prior to law school, Max completed a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of King’s College and Dalhousie University, and graduated from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2023. He was a copy editor for the Dalhousie Journal of Legal Studies, selecting and editing essays for publication, and a proud member of the Dalhousie Wills Project, drafting and executing wills for elders in poverty. Max was called to the bar in June of 2024, after completing his articles with Campbell Lea. |
