Samantha L. Hameline

Samantha works creatively, using her knowledge and experience, to help her clients resolve their legal issues as efficiently as possible. Samantha treats clients as she herself would want to be treated and works hard to secure her client’s trust and confidence. With a practice focusing primarily in family law, throughout her career Samantha has:

• Represented spouses and common law partners dealing with numerous issues including divorce, custody and access, financial support, and asset division;
• Assisted clients in creating marriage and cohabitation contracts;
• Prepared Wills, power of attorney documents, and health care directives; and
• Completed interest-based negotiation training (collaborative family law).

Samantha received a Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University in 2011, and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2015. Samantha practiced in New Brunswick for several years before moving back to the Island, joining Campbell Lea in 2018. She is currently a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
